Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PixelGuard handles information when you use the PixelGuard iOS app. PixelGuard is provided by AIXion.

Service Provider: AIXion

Email: contact@aix-ion.com

Address: 1-10-8 Dogenzaka, Tokyu Building 2F-C, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0043, Japan

1. Core Privacy Principle

PixelGuard is designed for local-only processing. Photo metadata cleanup is performed directly on your device. We do not transmit your photos, metadata, or cleaned output to our servers.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal data from you through PixelGuard.

  • No account registration is required.
  • No names, emails, phone numbers, or identifiers are collected in the app.
  • No photos or metadata are uploaded to AIXion servers.
  • No analytics, advertising IDs, or tracking SDKs are used.

3. Photo Library Permission

PixelGuard requests access to your photo library solely to provide its core feature: metadata cleanup for photos you choose. This permission is optional but required for the app to operate as intended.

PixelGuard only accesses photos you select. Photo access and permission controls are managed by iOS and can be changed at any time in your device settings.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

PixelGuard offers in-app subscriptions through Apple StoreKit. Payment processing, billing information, and purchase credentials are handled by Apple under your Apple ID.

AIXion does not receive your full payment card data. We only receive subscription status information needed to unlock premium features.

5. No Analytics and No Tracking

PixelGuard does not track your behavior across apps or websites. We do not use third-party analytics tools, ad networks, fingerprinting systems, or profiling technologies.

6. Data Retention and International Transfers

Because PixelGuard does not collect personal data on our servers, AIXion does not maintain a user data retention database and does not perform international transfers of user personal data for app usage.

7. Your Rights (GDPR and CCPA)

PixelGuard is built to minimize data processing. If you contact us regarding privacy rights under applicable law, including the GDPR or CCPA, we will respond as required.

  • Right to know what personal data is collected.
  • Right to request deletion of personal data.
  • Right to object to or restrict processing where applicable.
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

In practice, for core PixelGuard app operations, AIXion does not maintain personal data records tied to you.

8. Children's Privacy

PixelGuard is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Security

We apply privacy-by-design principles and rely on on-device processing to reduce data exposure risks. No method of software operation can guarantee absolute security, but local processing substantially limits external exposure.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date.
