These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PixelGuard iOS app provided by AIXion. By downloading or using PixelGuard, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview
PixelGuard helps you remove photo metadata locally on your iPhone before sharing images. The app includes free and paid subscription features.
2. Eligibility and Platform Terms
You must comply with applicable laws and with Apple's platform terms when using PixelGuard. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies in addition to these Terms: Apple Standard EULA .
3. Free Tier and Subscription Plans
PixelGuard currently offers the following plans:
- Free: up to 3 metadata cleans per day.
- Pro Monthly: USD $4.99 per month.
- Pro Yearly: USD $29.99 per year.
Subscription prices may vary by region, tax rules, or App Store pricing policies. Any local price differences shown in the App Store will control.
4. Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. AIXion does not directly issue App Store billing refunds.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use PixelGuard for unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app or related systems.
- Bypass subscription or feature limits through unauthorized methods.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
PixelGuard is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that metadata removal will be complete in every file format, workflow, or third-party sharing pipeline.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIXion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of PixelGuard. AIXion's total liability for any claim related to PixelGuard is limited to the amount you paid for the app subscription, if any, during the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to PixelGuard if you materially violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and canceling subscriptions through Apple.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or PixelGuard use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and publishing the revised Terms on this page.
