No. PixelGuard processes photos locally on your iPhone. Photos and metadata are not sent to AIXion servers.
"Clean Metadata" removes privacy-sensitive metadata such as GPS location, camera/device fields, software tags, and EXIF/IPTC date fields where present. "Remove Location" removes GPS location only. Exact fields depend on the source image format.
PixelGuard supports still photos in your iOS Photos library. Results can vary by source image format.
By default, PixelGuard replaces the original with the cleaned version. You can enable "Keep Original" in Settings to save a clean copy instead.
Cleaned photos are saved to your Photos library.
Yes for cleaning itself. Network may still be needed if iOS must download an iCloud photo first, or when using App Store purchase/restore features.

PixelGuard Pro Monthly (USD $4.99/month) and PixelGuard Pro Yearly (USD $29.99/year) are auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.
Manage or cancel in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Open PixelGuard and use the in-app "Restore Purchases" action. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for purchase.
App Store refunds are handled by Apple. Submit your request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
